General Policies

Byron Cemetery has Lots and Mausoleum Spaces available for the interment of your loved ones. Because our Cemetery Grounds are sacredly devoted to the burial of the dead, certain rules and regulations accompany the operation of our facilities. Highlights would include the proper operation of motor vehicles and the barring of pets from Cemetery Grounds. Trash and other debris shall always be disposed of properly.

Lots and Grave Care

The purchase price of your Lot or Mausoleum Crypt provides for the regular, perpetual care of the Cemetery Grounds. Regular care includes scheduled mowing of grass, trimming, tree and shrubbery trimming, and road maintenance. Bath Township wants to see owners that are well satisfied with lot care, and will provide special care for particular items in which an owner is interested. The cost of such special maintenance varies in accordance with the amount and type of labor and materials required.
